Thanks to the involvement of HE the Grand Hospitaller of the Order of Malta, the Embassy to the Holy See has given a significant contribution to complete the restoration and to expand the Church of the Parish of Faya, in Chad, which has suffered serious damages due to ISIS attacks and, since then, is no longer suitable to host the faithful and to celebrate of worship.

Despite the commitment and good will of the parish Priest, Father Bruno Koularambaye, supported by the efforts of his parishioners, the work to be completed is remarkable and unsustainable for the Community, which has found in the Embassy of the Order of Malta the necessary support for the completion of the restoration works, which will allow more than 200 Christian faithful of the Diocese to use their Church again.
