With the Papal Decree of 3 September 2022, dissolving the current Sovereign Council and constituting a new, provisional one, Ambassador Zanardi Landi is nominated as a Member of the Sovereign Council. In the same Decree, the Holy Father convenes the Extraordinary Chapter General for 25 January 2023, to be presided over by the newly elected Lieutenant Grand Master Fra’ John Dunlap and Cardinal Silvano Maria Tomasi, the Pope’s Special Delegate for the Order of Malta.
