In November 2019, the Grand Priory of Bohemia organized a pilgrimage that brought about 200 Sick Lords to Rome, half of them in wheelchairs.
The Order’s Embassy to the Holy See supported the Grand Priory with contacts with the Vatican, allowing the Pilgrims to attend the Wednesday Papal Audience in St. Peter’s Square.
Among the stops on the Pilgrimage were the Magistral Villa on the Aventine and the Embassy headquarters at Palazzo Orsini.
The Embassy to the Holy See hosted a photographic exhibition organized by the "Saint Pio Foundation", displaying in the premises of Casa Litta -Palazzo Orsini some photographs of the Saint Pio from Pietrelcina, to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the beatification of the Capuchin friar and the 10th anniversary of the Saint Pius Foundation.
The Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Fra’ John Dunlap, conferred the insignia of Bailiff Grand Cross of Honour and Devotion on Cardinal Christophe Louis Yves Georges Pierre, Apostolic Nuncio in Washington.
