The Lieutenant of Grand Master Fra’ Marco Luzzago today conferred the insignia of Bailiff Grand Cross of Honour and Devotion on Cardinal Silvano Maria Tomasi C.S., Special Delegate of the Pope to the Order of Malta.

The ceremony, held at the Magistral Palace, was attended by His Excellency Antonio Zanardi Landi, Ambassador of the Order to the Holy See, who congratulated His Eminence.

The ceremony was attended by the Grand Commander, Fra’ Ruy Gonçalo do Valle Peixoto de Villas-Boas, members of the Sovereign Council and the Prelate of the Order, Monsignor Jean Laffitte.
