H.E. Ambassador Antonio Zanardi Landi, with the invaluable assistance of the President of ACISMOM, Count Riccardo Paternò, and the Hospital’s Director General, Dr. Anna Paola Santaroni, led a delegation of 37 Heads of Mission on a visit to the Order of Malta’s St. John the Baptist Hospital, illustrating a live demonstration of the care provided to the sick people, who have always been at the heart of the Order’s commitment and mission.
The Association of the Italian Knights of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta manages the San Giovanni Battista Hospital in Rome, which specialises in neurological and motor rehabilitation and has 240 beds.
